The first 200 freelancers: 6 months free

Terms of the launch offer

1. The offer is for self-employed freelancers in the events industry with a Belgian or Dutch company number who create a new FreelanceCrew account through a link in our posts on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. Create your account in the same browser in which you opened this page from the post.
2. The first 200 freelancers with a complete profile get the full freelancer plan free for 6 months. The order is the moment the offer is activated for your account.
3. Complete profile: your business is confirmed via the KBO, you have a profile photo, a short introduction with your title, at least one trade and your hourly rate, and at least one day of availability in your calendar.
4. The 6 months start on the day you activate the offer. If you don't activate it yourself, it happens automatically within a day after your profile is complete, as long as places are left.
5. We do not ask for bank or card details. After the free period your access simply stops and nothing is charged. You get a reminder one month before the end. To continue, you choose a subscription yourself; a yearly plan gives you 15% off.
6. Bringing a planner? After activating you get a personal link. If a planner creates an account through that link and starts a paid subscription while your free period is still running, you get 6 extra months. This is possible once, for a maximum of 12 months in total. The planner must be a different, verified business and counts for one freelancer only.
7. One free period per business (company number). Existing accounts and freelancers who already have a paid subscription are not eligible.
8. You can activate until 31 December 2026, or until all 200 places have been taken.
9. In case of abuse, such as multiple accounts or a planner who does not really start, FreelanceCrew may end the free period of the account concerned. The general terms of FreelanceCrew continue to apply.
